VIX does not provide you with a CCcam.cfg file, you will either need to make one your self using windows notepad or if you have one from a previous receiver edit / copy that over to /TMP on your receiver.

You say copy over to TMP? OR is it ECT as below or does it not matter? Cheers
As for the CCcam.cfg this is the file that tells your can what to do its a configuration file. you FTP that to /ETC on the box not var/etc. var/etc is for enigma 1 boxes the duo is a enigme 2 box.
yeah my bad, it's /ETC. i was busy when i typed that, should have picked up the mistake.

Do i just copy the cccam.cfg from my old receiver in to notepad and then save it to ECT on the duo named cccam.cfg, is that it? cheers
if you already have a working file copy it directly to the new box, no need to open it or edit it. if you do need to edit the file you can open it with windows notepad or notepad +++ before copying it over.

Sorry i'm a little bit lost with this, i have a working cccam.cfg file on my eagle and i use dcc to view it, i dont know how to copy it over to the duo from that location? i saved it in notepad format and named it cccam.cfg and copied it from my desktop to the ECT folder on my duo but when i select cccam2.1.3 in softcam setup on the duo it says no config files found.
use a FTP programme to log into both boxes not DCC. then copy the file it self do not edit or open the file just straite copy from one box to the other.
