    VU Uno remote control issue

Received my new Uno from the forum sponsor the other day(great service as usual) all set up and working ok apart from a couple of niggles. The first one is when i use the VU remote to put the STB into standby it also puts my TV into standby as well, i have not setup up the RC to control the TV yet as per the instruction manual so not sure why it is controlling the TV.Any pointers on this issue will be welcome, thanks.
p.s. i am using the latest VIX image on the UNO
