Vu+ web tv wont stream from vu to pc

Right just upgraded my vlc player niw when i enter my box ip address in browser & web control comes up where u can see all info before i upgraded vlc i could go to web tv where by i can select a channel on my box & view through internet browser but all its wants me to do is install missing plugins which wont d/l but if u choose to install manually it just directs you to vlc.exe anyone else come across this yet and found a solution

Are u using openwebif? Also what browser u using?

I am using 1.1.11 The luggage and can stream in all three browsers, Chrome, FF and IE.

What version of VLC u got?

same as you stan i can stream from pc to vu but if i try n watch tv through vu browser it just wants a plugin with directs you to 1.1.11

I can stream from the VU to the PC using above version of VLC and no plugin is asked for.

Have you chnaged the port on the webif to 80?

I have exactly the same issue, it's like the vlc-plugin is not recognized.
