    hanging after updating system online

    Hi,
    I have a hanging uno box after doing a online systems update (VIX 2.2). I have a splash screen and the box display says "Starting". The red LED on the front is also activated. I cannot ping the box and I seem not to be able to flash the system using a usb stick.

    Any suggestions appreciated...

    U need to flash the new image as an online update wont work. Due to a change of kernel from 2.2 to 2.3 the image has to be a new flash. You should still be able to restore ur settings after u flash the image if u did a bckup

    I have tried to flash, but somehow the box does not recognize the usb stick inserted. I just have an instant splash screen and a hanging box

    Do you have any other USB sticks connected, if so remove them and than retry.

    If no stick some members have fixed their issues by using another browser to download the image.

    there is no botloader update for the uno mate. but try another usb stick if you can.
