Try leaving the USB pen drive in until u finish with setting it up. When u r flashing u do have the folder saying et5000. Then the files inside that yeh ?

ive got an et5000 and tried a few different usb sticks and all flash fine. havent tried any other images apart from the vix image though. how are you flashing it anyway? you switching box off, plugging usb in, switch box on, wait for orange light to show up on display and then press up arrow, let the flash complete and the box will reboot by itself and should boot up onto the wizard, dont remove the usb stick until the wizard comes up on screen. complete wizard and you should be booted up into ur image
