also i tried a diffrent boot loader, but the problem stay
Return it to where you purchased. It's faulty.

Same happened to me today, when i flashed latest PLI with 3.1.0 kernel. Green screen after boot.
With 18.10 PLi there is no such problem. I guess drivers are fu**ed - for ET5000.
Try update again, it is now resolved
Have you changed the bootloader ?
