    Picture Improvement

    Can anyone tell me if there has been any improvement in picture quality of the xtrend receiver series since the last two updates.

    ive always had a pretty good picture on my et5k, never any complaints, even in comparison to uno and et9k and duo and solo

    Yep, same here, so no idea what should be improved.
    If you are talking about SD-channels make sure that the scaler sharpness is in the default position (in the middle).

    Thanks for the quick reply guys and merry christmas by the way.I am seriously thinking of upgrading to to et5000 just want to know if the pq is okay as I am very fussy when it comes to pq.I have the dm800se at the moment do any of you guys know if pq would be better than dm800se?

    I had a DM800 orginal and to be honest I could not see any difference between them on a Sammy LCD.

    The picture quality us better than the Sly box, and comparable to any other box I have seen..
