Hi all, just wondered if anyone knew of an android app that could be used to ftp files to my Duo 2 rather than logging on to my computer and using Filezilla?
Thanks

Open app
Select the ip address you've saved (folder on home screen I've got 2 as I've got 2 boxes)
Go to the location on your box you want the file moving to
Click the mobile symbol at top of screen
Select the file you want to ftp (green tick)
Click the up arrow at top of screen to send to the location you previously selected

If you want to alter the ccam.cfg it will need to changed using a text editor prior to ftp'ing

What exactly are trying to do?
All that I used the app for was to store config files, iPks and backup setting on my phone. So when I was sorting friend/family boxes i did not need to take a laptop about with me.
The config files are not editable on your phone.
Unfortunately for me I made a bad mistake and went for an iPhone. Now no longer have that function.
If only you could by a high end small android phone that fits my Tiny hands
I loved my nexus 5 but then the 5x got too big

When I first read this forum it seemed like something I could use a "portable" version of filezilla or DCC. In other posts I saw people talking about android type filezilla which I downloaded onto this android I am using at the moment which didn't work.
So this forum appears and so I thought I could use this app to transfer files etc to the box anytime instead of waiting until I am at the real computer. I guess you can tell I tend to treat tablets and mobile phones as not real things to use but only good as a toy version of the real thingI
That's exactly what the app does.
