Hrtunerproxy plugin (formally known as PlexAPI) created and maintained by OpenViX Team available via online plugin feeds. Use the tuners from your Linux Enigma 2 receiver in PlexDVR on a suitable Plex Server. For PlexAPI support please see the support section HERE.

I removed it from our build some time ago and nothing complains as far as I know. And nothing seems to link to the .bb file except oe-alliance-feeds.
