    What is the above for if u set it at yes could explain

    Hi,
    it makes a complete copy of your current image including OpenVix and Settings. So if you crash the box you can restore the last state exactly. The settings backup only saves settings and used plugins. Normally settings backup is enough but if you make a lot of changes or install plugins from other sources the image backup makes more sense.

    Just go in BackupManager and press menu and you will see the settings.

    you can do it via both first one is easiest.

    Backups and Image backups are different things and should have different scheduling code, so why would the configuration for both end up in the same menu?
    The code to cater for scheduling on boxes that may well be off at the scheduled time was added to the Image Manager sometime after it was added to the Backup Manager (when it occurred to me that that the same scenario obtained in both).
