Have you tried manually running blindscan using the terminal to see if it crashes?
in the terminals, the --high parameter is problematic (does not turn on 22 kHz)
PS: known unpublic -d parametr ?

There are a few things to remember when blindscanning using the terminal. The blindscan binary is designed to work with some sort of interface such as the blindscan plugin. I am located in the United States, so I cannot get the same transponders you do on 30West.
The --high parameter and Horizontal or Vertical Polarities will be decided by the channel you are tuned to at the time of the terminal scan. I do not have many channels below 11700MHz so my scan is stuck on the --high parameter.
Here is a terminal scan of 87w ku, vertical polarization, low side:
root@osmio4kplus:~# blindscan --start=950 --stop=1950 --min=1 --max=60 --slot=0 --i2c=2 --vertical
OK VERTICAL 10930000 5000000 DVB-S INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_OFF FEC_AUTO QPSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 10945000 5000000 DVB-S INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_OFF FEC_AUTO QPSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 11034000 3000000 DVB-S2 INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_ON FEC_1_2 QPSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 11200000 4800000 DVB-S2 INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_ON FEC_2_3 8PSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 11194000 3200000 DVB-S2 INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_ON FEC_2_3 8PSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 11248000 1036000 DVB-S INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_OFF FEC_AUTO QPSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
The above scan is not correct because I should not have any transponders below 11700 MHz on 87w. what is shown as transponders are actually duplicates of the high side l.o. except the 9750 l.o. is used. So these transponders are duplicates with the wrong l.o. frequency.
Here is the same scan using the the --high parameter:
root@osmio4kplus:~# blindscan --start=1100 --stop=2150 --min=1 --max=60 --slot=0 --i2c=2 --vertical --high
OK VERTICAL 11780000 5000000 DVB-S INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_OFF FEC_AUTO QPSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 11795000 5000000 DVB-S INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_OFF FEC_AUTO QPSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 11884000 3000000 DVB-S2 INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_ON FEC_1_2 QPSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 12050000 4800000 DVB-S2 INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_ON FEC_2_3 8PSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 12044000 3200000 DVB-S2 INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_ON FEC_2_3 8PSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
OK VERTICAL 12098000 1036000 DVB-S INVERSION_AUTO PILOT_OFF FEC_AUTO QPSK ROLLOFF_35 1 -1 0
The second scan is correct. Both scans were done while the MIO receiver was tuned to a channel on the 11795V transponder.
The point I am trying to make is you need to be tuned to a channel that has the same tuner, the same polarity, and the same l.o. (Low Band or High Band) as you are wishing to blindscan.
The only reason to even do a terminal blindscan is to see if the receiver crashes during the scan.
If blindscan crashes when using the terminal, then we know the problem is probably not in the blindscan plugin.
If the receiver does not crash when using the terminal blindscan, then most likely the crash has something to do with the blindscan plugin.
See if you can trick the receiver into blindscanning correctly using the terminal by switching to a channel that has the same tuner, the same l.o. frequency and the same polarity that causes the crash when using the blindscan plugin.

So have you got some non-standard satellites.xml?
Please attach whatever satellites.xml you have loaded in both /etc/tuxbox and /etc/enigma2.
I use this one
So the values causing the crash are coming from your custom satellites.xml.
Please try again with the latest version of plugin.py.

??? What has this got to do with the crash that we were testing?
No idea about Dreambox. We don't build images for Dreamboxes.
