Try going into EPG again and delete it and then redownload it again to see if its fixed.
If its the same say what settings you have for EPG as others might know more.
What is the source of the EPG? The screenshot is of openwebif, is the EPG correct on receiver?

Bit new to this could you please tell me how to delete EPG, thanks
Yes it's the same on the box
Assuming you are on Vix, in the EPG menu, there is a load/save/delete menu. You will find the delete option there.
But you really need to say how you are getting EPG, otherwise you will get back to square one.
I think it will be better for you to flash OpenVix on it. You are using an image that is two years old.
USB flashing guides are here:
https://www.openvix.co.uk/index.php/...ashing-guides/
Once you have Vix, one option to acquire EPG for 28.2 users is here:

Sorry if I you are already aware, but please do not get mixed up between bouquets and EPG.
Create your bouquets using ABM (AutoBouquetsMaker) if you like.
There is a fascination to press the EPG button by people. It hooks into the channel selection routine. So might be an idea to use the channel selection method first, then jump into navigating with Grid EPG.
Have a read of this, might be useful: https://www.world-of-satellite.com/s...nel-navigation
