    EPG garbled

    Just bought this new Uno4K and have set it up without problem apart from the epg,which is mostly garbled
    please see image.Any ideas what problem could be?
    I previously had an Edision linux box connected and the epg was fine.

    Try going into EPG again and delete it and then redownload it again to see if its fixed.

    If its the same say what settings you have for EPG as others might know more.

    What is the source of the EPG? The screenshot is of openwebif, is the EPG correct on receiver?

    Yes it's the same on the box

    Assuming you are on Vix, in the EPG menu, there is a load/save/delete menu. You will find the delete option there.

    But you really need to say how you are getting EPG, otherwise you will get back to square one.

    I think it will be better for you to flash OpenVix on it. You are using an image that is two years old.

    Just upgraded to latest openvix and garbled text is gone.The epg is only showing now and next progs ,how to i set it to show 7 days? thanks

    Sorry if I you are already aware, but please do not get mixed up between bouquets and EPG.
    Create your bouquets using ABM (AutoBouquetsMaker) if you like.
    There is a fascination to press the EPG button by people. It hooks into the channel selection routine. So might be an idea to use the channel selection method first, then jump into navigating with Grid EPG.
