    It sometimes boots up, 1 out of 10, i want to wipe this and put openatv on, thats it, i dont know what E3 console is ... ive deleted ofgwrite and left it on, i want to get vix off please

    Personally this sound likes the USB ports could be knackered.

    Connect a MAX 8GB USB stick formatted FAT32 to one of the USB ports.

    Then open telnet, enter this command 'df -h'. Post the output.

    Does it boot up if you disconnect the HDD?

    Not tried disconnecting HDD - here is result of df -h - the USB is the kingston 4GIG fat32
