GigaBlue HD Ultra UE no picture

I have no picture on the tv when I updated the image to 5.2.0.13. or any other images.

My cam is working, the sound is great and I can see the picture in the mini screen on the box but not on the main tv. No issues with HDMI and I have tried different images for the box and still the same result, no picture.
    Could someone please help.

If you flashed did you restore settings?
Remove the cam (what is that for??) and try a simple fta service
Whats the TV? Try a different hdmi port on the TV
    try a different hdmi cable

Flash without a settings restore (you can always restore later)... and I would do a couch flash (flash online with ImageManager)..... and see if any difference

Any power issues recently? When we had a lightning strike recently is was the hdmi outlets that blew - just a thought.

I would say that its not a HDMI issue as the OP says that he can see the mini screen in the guide just that it goes blank when on full screen

When you run through the setup wizard which output devices do you see in the available list, hdmi, rca or ?????.

Also you say other images - which??

Also just to exclude a possibility, maybe you could turn on debug logs (menu/setup/system//logs/settings) enable debug and change log location to HDD or USB (not flash)
Then exit twice and hit factory reset
Go through the wizard, let it reboot and then post the debug logs.
