Post a screenshot of the information page.

If you can issue this command and post back the results, that would be good too. Guide in signature if you need it.
    Code:
    df -Th

Look at my signature. There is a guide on how to issue the commands. If you need it.

    A. Your EPG would be better off being on your Mechanical HDD.
    B. Your picon folder name is wrong. Correct one is "picon". "Picon" is not the same as "picon".
    C. Your USB stick may be starting to fail.

    A. Will try that
    B. This is an error I have done now.
    was always called "picon" before.

    C.Tested several different USB drives

Which format is best to format USB stick NTFS / Fat32 or with the vu box

Option where to save the EPG is in the EPG menu.

USB device is not the same as USB mountpoint. I suspect there is an issue with how your devices are mounted.

    No, they wouldn't be...

    but in root/media/sdc1.
Are you sure they aren't under root/media/usb/picon? This is where they should be, but you need to ensure that your USB stick is mounting as /media/usb (but the screenshot in #7 indicates that it is already doing that).
