VU announces 2 new 4k-boxes at the Anga

Which is kind of surprising as the Broadcom chip is real smart and fast ....... as a 1080P box it should be really hot, especially with the transcoding availability (Yes, I know its directed at the 2160 market)
Any feelings as to why its slower? fbc tuners, 2160 processing?

I don't use the fbc tuners, I use bello 1080 skin, nfs installed and have a couple of sundtek tuners installed and that's it - reflashing, software update or just enigma2 restart takes at least twice as long as solo2, I think the amount of patches to make it 'fit' weighs it down.
