Hi I got the box today it came with black hole image pre installed I'm tryin to change t to openvix . It seems to be in flashin image for ages how long should it take to load openvix software ?

really don't know whats wrong why would it still be on flashing surely it should be done in earlier than 20 mins

Disconnect any other USB devices.
Re-format your USB stick FAT32 and try agian. Use a max 8GB USB stick.
