    EPG not downloading

    Anybody else having problems with crossepg not downloading data. Using latest VIX on VU+ Duo

    no problems here.Just did update and working fine for C+ NL ,TVV ,German and english channels.Takes a long time to update.

    Rytec's data is downloaded via the internet so there could be multiple reasons for it not to download.

    From which menu are you downloading? If it is the one where the opentv providers are listed, the one highlighted is the one it downloads. If you exit out of that menu, it downloads the ones selected.

    Have you double checked storage device for EPG is mounted correctly?
    Are tuners configured properly?
    Are you sure that there is no issue with reception?

    Changed my provider from openTV to XEPGDB and epg has dowloaded so must be a problem with openTV

    I have a problem with OpenTV on 28.2E.

    I have a Vu-Solo2 dual tuner.
    Tuner A - no signal - no EPG
    Tuner B - good signal - EPG ok

    Can I somehow in the settings set to CrossEPG always used only tuner B for OpenTV ?

    I have a Solo2 and CrossEPG/OpenTV working fine here. Also checked with my Uno n all is fine.
    Vu+ Ultimo 4K with 3TB HDD, Dual FBC (Sat) tuners, 1x Twin Hybrid DVB-C/T/T2 tuner
    Vu+ Solo 4K with 1TB HDD, Dual FBC (Sat) tuners, 1x Hybrid DVB-C/T/T2 tuner
    Vu+ Solo 2 with 1TB HDD 'White Edition', 2x DVB-S2 tuners
    Mut@nt HD2400 with 1TB HDD, 4x DVB-S2 tuners
    Fixed 28.2E Technomate 65cm Mesh Satellite Dish with Inverto Unicable II/JESS LNB and Inverto Unicable Splitter
    Fixed 28.2E Sky Zone 1 45cm Satellite Dish with Octo LNB
    (All receivers installed with the latest Dev build)

    You should really fix the signal issue. If you cannot do it straight away, set the tuner as loop through to tuner B/disable it.
