There was an ultra lite version of AutoBouquets E2. That would be the best self sufficient way of doing it. If someone does not post a link to it, I'll try and search for it later tonight.

Failing that, try Rat's channel list. He is Admin on another forum and does a splendid job of updating his list. He also has a plugin for updating directly from his server. Be warned that the TM800 has lots of junk in the image. There is very little memory and you may end up having to reflash if the channel updating process fills the memory.
