Can not connect to network over wifi

Hi running Apollo 29 and have flashed latest bootloader.
I am having problems connecting to network over wifi.I have used several dongles (Edimax rtl 8192cu chipset)and having same results.
when in network settings i can see my wifi network plus other networks 20140903_205245.jpgso dongle seems to work but after i go through the set up ie select my network and enter my network pass key select okay wait for network activation it will not connect and in network status it shows as per picture...
Please could someone advise..do i need a special gigablue wifi dongle?.receiver connects fine using a wifi bridge or direct Ethernet.

I was getting the same thing on a Quad a few versions back using 2 different dongles. Finally turned off network security to test and that worked.

Turned security back on, reflashed, rebooted router and GB box, re-entered network data and left it for an hour. When I came back, it had connected. Don't understand why the time delay works but it works.

Unfortunately on the Quad on the latest VIX, it doesn't even show the option to select the wifi adapter anymore, using exactly the same driver. Hopefully a fix is coming.
