    I think you can only flash by USB from one that's already working

    According to the manual it has an RS232 port, appears to be shared with the IR port. Wiring detail on page 16 of the manual and on the Ferguson website, search for Schematic of RS232 Null-Modem cable for Ariva 52E/102mini
