    why does my box disconnect from server??

    help!!

    my box disconnects from the server i use so the picture freezes every 5 minutes for about 5 seconds..it is a closed server and this doesnt happen on other boxes

    ive got cccam version 2.2.1 and use vix version 2.3 on an et9200

    is there an update i need to do with vix or the cccam?

    my provider has said there is a cccam keep alive function which is why it disconnects...is there a fix for this?

    Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100
    1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox
    1 fixed dish, and 1 motorized 1mtr dish
    and a pile of redundant cards/cams
