Hrtunerproxy plugin (formally known as PlexAPI) created and maintained by OpenViX Team available via online plugin feeds. Use the tuners from your Linux Enigma 2 receiver in PlexDVR on a suitable Plex Server. For PlexAPI support please see the support section HERE.

No idea.
All I do is set STATIC_FEED = "1" in my site.conf, rather than in an openvix.conf within a git reporitory.
