    Intermittant issues with FreeSat Channels

    Hi,

For about a month i have been having issues with a lot of Freesat channels. The channels i'm having trouble with are pretty much every channel except the BBCs.

The channels can work fine and then i get a tune failed with 0% SNR & 0% AGC and they may not come back for hours or minutes. Sometimes when watching a non BBC channel it can be glitchy and if i check the SNR and AGC for the channel i get 0% SNR and AGC one second and the next 100% SNR and 86% AGC.

on the BBC channels i get 100% SNR and about 86% AGC all the time.

what i have tried so far:
tightened all the bolts on the sat.
i tried a scan with ABM but get the error "cannot read data"
Did a re-flash with newest version of openvix at the time

in signal finder i get 100% SNR and 86% AGC when the channels are clearing and nothing when the channels are not.

this is happening on a VU Solo2 with openvix 5.1 027

another VU Solo2 i look after is also having the same problem the owner is telling me, that is running openvix 5.0

Both sats are standard sky dishes

    anyone have any suggestions/advice
