Streaming to PC playlist

I am use to TVHeadEnd with VLC, where I could get all the channels with
http://192.168.1.x:9981/playlist

I know, that I can access OpenWebif, but is there something simpler rather than
clicking on each individual channel and then downloading stream.m3u file for each individual channel and creating playlit for all of it manually?
