I might start a new thread to get a list going as I don't fully understand the vm line up so it would be great if you could help.

you can create a new thread with the file attached if you want. This is a VIRGIN MEDIA line-up with all the free channels from sky replacing those on the Virgin Lineup.

I just remembered that this is actually a 3 way custom mix, as it has a few extra HD channels from DVB-T2 included that aren't on SAT or CABLE, you can remove those if you want too and keep it to Virgin and Freesat only.
