Setting up 16E Eutelsat with a 1 Metre Dish in UK

    Hi all,
I'm struggling to get setup with 16E Eutelsat. Basically I would like to access Croatian channels HRT1, HRT2 etc.

I am a bit confused as the pre-configured transponders on my First Strike only give satellites with a Longitude of 15.8. Should I be tuning for 15.8E not 16E?
I have tried tuning a few times first using Longitude 16E and the transponder frequency and symbol rate for HRT listed on Lyngsat. I get a LOCK but when scanning channels I am only getting a grand total of 14 channels back including some Turkish cartoon channel. I tuned to 15.8 pre-configured channels as well and still don't see many channels. Does my signal strength need to be a certain level to get HRT?

What transponder info should I be using for tuning? This is what HRT shows as on Lygsat

    Longitude: 16E ( I presume not 15.8?)
    Frequency: 10721 H
    SR: 27500
LO: (Set to frequency of LNB 97500 - My LNB has this written on the label as lowest setting)
    LNB: 18 ( for horizontal )
22khz -- Do I need to enable this or not?

Should I be locking on this or is there an ideal transponder frequency to lock on to for 16E? Im sure I should get more than 14 channels from the East of the UK but maybe Im wrong?

    Thanks in advance.
