Auto timer question

Only just got the box this week. There a guide or tutorial for this ?

The ABM one might help here.

If you added the auto-timer before ITV changed frequency, it wouldn't have recorded.
Delete the auto & any timers it set, rescan ABM.
Check you have a working ITV & then re-add the auto-timer.
