how to record onto a Windows 7 share in OpenVix ?

    hi all

really frustrated newbie here setting up a newtwork mount - to record on
its simply a shared folder called aaa (share name also aaa) on another pc on my network

the username i have set up especially is aaa and the password also aaa

i am using a octagon sf8 xp1000 and i cannot get the bloomin thing mounted - can anyone give me any tips

running Vix stable build 3.0.421 - i have just loaded the firmware on and i have scanned no channels went straight to the network mounts part
havent downloaded any plugins except samba - do i even need that ? i set it running thats all i did

really after a simple share to record onto using CIFS method - this used to work easily on other linux boxes
cant understand why its so difficult here - are there any plugins / extensions need to be installed first ?

I can see the shares clearly from other PCs on the LAN and can copy stuff to the shares - they simply wont mount - ie dont get a nice green earth globe to signify successful mount

here is my screenshot of my attempt - desperately in need of assistance here - thanks
