Any help files for dummies?

Are there any help files or pdf's available for real dummies, for the VU+Uno? I'm buying one and I want to learn all that I can about it. I know there is one for Dreambox called Dreambox for dummies, so -is there one for the VU+ tuners? I have no previous experience with tuners of this kind.
