I think it will be more then enough with a twin tuner...

Not if it is a family box. I often go to watch something in the evening after everyone has gone to bed and find there is a list of multiple, overlapping recordings the wife has programmed. Other times I can't use the box because the kids are streaming one tuner to their bedroom and the missus has got something recording on the other tuner.
