I've rerun ABM with the new terrestrial_uk_freeview.xml file, it's picked up the new mux's ok, but the bouquets are still not populating as expected.
I must be doing something stupid, but I haven't spotted it yet.

let things settle, remove terrestrial services, scan using function in E2, check that you have all services, upload lamedb and lamedb5
OK, I've run an automatic scan which found 168 channels (20 more than ABM).

I believe 1 or 2 Mux's have gone single frequency mode meaning you could get an adjacent signal on the same frequency. I don't know what data in on each stream but maybe it's confusing the ABM scan - just thinking out aloud
I'm wondering if changing "East Yorks & Lincs" to "East Yorks and Lincs" in the xml file has had a knock on effect later on.
The network name being transmitted still has the ampersand.

We will fix the amperstand issue. If you want to submit a pull request, we can merge it straight away.
For time being, can you add all the frequencies in the custom transponder section of official file
<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="482000000" transport_stream_id="104f" system="0"/>
<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="506000000" transport_stream_id="201b" system="0"/>
<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="530000000" transport_stream_id="4089" system="1"/>
<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="546000000" transport_stream_id="3006" system="0"/>
<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="562000000" transport_stream_id="8001" system="0"/>
<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="586000000" transport_stream_id="a000" system="1"/>
<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="730000000" transport_stream_id="5040" system="0"/>
<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="754000000" transport_stream_id="b000" system="1"/>

…. will do.
Unfortunately the rain has arrived 3 hours early, killing C60, so I'll have to wait until it comes back again.
I've just noticed that in the current terrestrial_uk_freeview.xml file,
has 2 entries at lines 84 and 87. I don't know if will have any adverse effect?Code:<customtransponder key="belmont____________" frequency="530000000" transport_stream_id="4089" system="1"/>

NB I'm pretty sure both ampersands need changing.
Changing line 6 toallows ABM to select the new provider.Code:<configuration key="custom" frequency="506000000" system="0">East Yorks & Lincs terrestrial</configuration>
The scan found 7 more channels, but the bouquets are still wrong.
EDIT:
Just noticed that the 1st picture of QVC HD in post #24 is channel 1001.

This change to line 568 of frequencyfinder.py does the trick, but as I've said before, it's only an educated guess.
Code:customProviderList.append('\t\t<configuration key="custom" frequency="%d" system="%d">%s terrestrial</configuration>\n' % (self.strongestTransponder["frequency"], self.strongestTransponder["system"], re.sub(r'&(?![A-Za-z]+[0-9]*;|#[0-9]+;|#x[0-9a-fA-F]+;)', r'&', network_name)))
You are missing some HD frequencies
We need to be writing & instead of & as opposed to replacing & when reading it.
