any chance of a copy of your .conf as still struggling with mu vusolo 2
I have been playing around with digibit and there setup is similar. I didn't need to rename to Client.conf I just named the location extensions to .conf
What I have done is used putty
On box I created a folder called digibit and dragged all the configs to that folder.
Now I used putty in typedthis will put putty in the digibit folderCode:cd /digibit
Now I used a simple command to rename all the .ovpn files to .conf
Now to add password.txt line to each conf file with one command I usedCode:for x in *.ovpn; do mv "$x" "${x%.ovpn}.conf"; done
I,m not sure if you can still use password.txt with NORD if not just change the command line to auth-user-pass password.confCode:sed -i -e "s/auth-user-pass/auth-user-pass password.txt/g" /digibit /*.conf
Then created a password.txt in etc/openvpn with notepad++ and added my username and password in this case you may need to change the name to password.conf
So now I have all the configs in /digibit I can just drag the server I want to etc/openvpn and start openvpn.
I have seen a nice plugin that you can use to change locations. You need to put your configs on hdd/vpn/(location folder name) then you can easily change VPN,s within the plugin.
I've also manged to do a simple script with my-private-network but they use one conf file and you just change the location within the conf file

just looking at above i now use 1194 instead of 443
thankyou very much this did the trick and it says running
i then typed the line into putty wget -qO- http://ipecho.net/plain;echo
and it showed an ip address
using a vu+zero ,would the same file do for a vu+solo 2 and a vu+duo 2 .
thanks again.
hi guys it says running in openvpn but how do you know for sure ?
Post 50 using IP check, turn off openvpn and run the command it should display your home IP address turn on openvpn and run the command again and it should show a different IP address.
Nord are really helpfull if you ask a question they generally email and assist as much as they can
