It's happening on official boxes as well, so maybe the problem will go away soon.

Hi i am really not good with tech and i have a miracle box supplied to me with openvix, i too have the NAR option only on HD movies. are you saying this is something virgin have done and not a fault on my audio settings? thanks
Vm is area dependant so thats unlikely to work unless you find someone on the same netid as you.
Has anyone else noticed a lot of there pids are blank in e-chanelizer, anyway here is what i have done with the ones showing pids
Switched off abm schedule
updated to latest e-chanelizer version
pids i can see i have changed audio to 131 for 109 video,checked ac3 and clicked top 3 flags,saved and written to box, rebooted box
Read back list to check info has taken which it has but still no sound
Weird thing is i put the box on normal standy last night and this morning i took it off normal standby and sky sports main event hd is fine
Eurosport and the rest are all still without sound
