Hi,
I have just flashed my new Giga Quad+ with OpenVix 4.1.001 as the current build has C tuner issues.
Tuner issues are now resolved but for some reason everytime i access the About menu the box crashes.
Any ideas?

Can you upload the crashlog to this thread as an attachment?
Uploading crashlogs n debug logs here are always the best options.

Am i not going to get support for the above issue. The log file is posted
Seriously you did not even wait 24 hrs before moaning about how long it was taking for you to get your FREE FRIGGING support ?.
Every one on this site including the dev team and moderators do what they do totally 100 percent for free in their own time. You have submitted your log and no less than two members of the team have responded so have a bit of patience and let them look into it. Your not paying for their support so you can't expect to badger them for a response just because it's not coming as fast as you want it. your not the only one here asking for help you know.

SIMPLES.

LOL chill out. I ant bashing the devs/mods. I know its a free support service.
If the issue of the about menu being fixed on later builds that will bring me back to square one "C Tuner Fault".
I shall wait for another release and stick to current build
Try two builds above your current one. So create a settings backup. Flash 4.1 003. restore the backup.
I never restore when i flash to correct a issue. I like to be super precise .
I shall flash to that image and start again. Friday night should be possible.
Don't bother, wait for next build and your tuner issue will b fixed.
