    green screen vix 2.2

    I'm getting green screen just when i change the channles with direction i mean with the right and left , i dont know why ? there must be a log file where can i find it that log file ?

    you can upload the log file directly to the team from within the image it self.

    Blue button > log manager select the log file / files you want to send to the team and press the blue button and follow the onscreen instructions. before you do send us the logs please press the menu button while in the log manager and fill in your details there.

    you can also find a copy of your crash logs in /hdd on your receiver

    ow ok thanks for the help , but i dont have log manager in the blue button can i send it here ? i found the log file

    yes you can upload the file to this thread although VIX 2.2 does have the log manager plugin built into the image so it should be there.

    i searched evrywhere but i cant find it strange this is the log file i hope u find the problem

    yes but we release update very regularly along with bug fixes, it's always worth checking to see if there are any updates.

    i just checked there is no update it is saying done installed or upgraded 0 packages .

    no nothink only emu with picons nothink else , i will try to install the latest official image and than installing vix without picons and see .
