When setting a timer if you arrow right on the channel to bring up a bouquet list enabling the channel to be changed it green screens.

select a program to record whilst in EPG and press green button, in the timer definition arrow down to the Channel and press right arrow. This should take you to the bouquet list where you can select another channel.
I need this as the 8 day epg doesn't work for Sky NZ HD channels so I use a bouquet with the SD channels in the EPG and change the timer definitions to the HD version of the channel for recording.
