They will not, as VU didn't release them yet.

Unfortunately it didn't, the qwerty keys still don't work in Apollo 41.

Yeah, I thought so. 'Something' has chanced, so our original 'hack' doesn't work any more. Not sure if that 'something' is in drivers or in E2 or in OE.

    Hi Rob,
VU changed a lot internally with the new driver as we both know. Not every update/upgrade is only good. Here we have 2 negative things:-(

STILL nothing about the qwerty keyboard on the Ultimo remote control that hasn't worked after Apollo 24?

Nope, and I never expected that either.
Albeit having been asked to do so several times, VU has never implemented their R/C's the proper way; we had to make a hack to get them working in the first place. So why would they chance this arrogant attitude after being so stubborn for years?

    update drivers
    20141021

    - Support Dual DVB-T2/C Tuner(uno, ultimo, duo2)
    - Support 4 vtuners(solose, vtuner is mutually exclusive with transcoding)
I'm wondering whether the duo/solo will soon receive a further kernel update (beyond 3.9.6)? I've reverted to using cacheflush plugin on my duo because the memory leak with vtuners is still a problem with 3.9.6. I doubt they'll ever fix this properly.

Also, 4 x vtuners is already available on the solo2 and duo2 without restricting transcoding... so the restriction mentioned above may only apply to the solose.

    cheers
    OpenVix:
    VU+Duo2 -- 2 x Twin internal DVB-S2 & DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T (Avermedia Twinstar [AF9035], Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]) = 8 tuners
    VU+Duo4kse -- internal Sat FBC & twin DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]
