Glass HD16 skin

Finally got the help menu up by pressing the help button on this skin
First turn of enable more Ecm and Tp info in setup then edit the following file
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/setupGlass16/keymap2.xml to the following:
<key id="KEY_HELP" mapto="help_pressed" flags="m" />
Finally copy rc.png from default skin make a copy and rename the copy to rcold.png then transfer both of these to:
/usr/share/enigma2/hd_glass16/
after deleting the ones in there already.
The keymapping for the help screen arrows on the remote is still wrong but what the heck it the same in Magic HD skin.
Maybe VU+NL can look at this
