    Fine tune VU Solo

I have a problem with my setting on BBC1 I am getting 35% snr but when I go menu/set up/service searching/positioner set up, then down to positioner fine movement, I just move it a couple of times on step west then I get 90% so I then go down to positioner storage, press green button (store position) I then exit all the way out but then I found out that it has not saved it? what am I doing wrong?

have you got USALs enabled?? if so, your saved setting would be over ruled by USAL,s....look in your tuner config...and make sure that USALs is set to "no"

    1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox

in that case...find 28 east, save to position 28, press ok, and that should do it, although if you activate USALs, and change your east / west setting by a few degrees, either side of the correct setting....that should also fix your problem

yes, think thats correct,...but as said, USALs are a better option

just change your east or west setting from say 001.500 east ( or west ) to 002.500 if worse change it to 000.500

    trust me...its worth it

that will give a unilattrial setting for all sats....with usals working....the dish will find all sats you have enabled...with advanced, you select the sats you want, and select USALs for each sat..which would workn off your base USAL settings ( best )
