Bootlogo for LCD

Hello,

attached 2 OpenViX bootlogos for LCD:

- 800x480 for Ultimo 4K and for same size of LCD
- 400x240 for Uno 4K SE and for same size of LCD

Rename the correct size logo to lcd.png and copy it to \Root\usr\share\

I've got a Duo 4K SE and the screen size (after much testing) is 480x320.

With that commit you can put your logo in /etc/enigma2 and it will get saved in backups.

One of the dimensions is written in the default skin on line 2. You can find rest of dimensions in the the first few lines of the file. Location of skin file on receiver:
/usr/share/enigma2/display/skin_default/skin_display.xml

Examples:

The Duo 4K (non-SE) has same size as Duo 4K SE
