Picture pixelation and random artefacts left on screen

Hi,

Have installed OpenVix to our new Gigablue UHD UE 4K. Have been noticing a few issues with the picture. We get random areas of pixelation which usually clear as quickly as they happen. It can go hours without this happening at all or happen several times in a half hour period. This is not to do with signal strength which is excellent and audio is never affected. This morning for example I was looking in the menu option and exiting the menu left a large black square on an area of the screen. This was there on all channels. It eventually disappeared. Is this a known problem? Driver issues? Or possible hardware issues?

which skin are you using???

The skin is Simple Ten Eighty. Apart from setting up Sky SD bouquet, EPG and adding some auto timers, everything should be pretty much default.
