    Question Terminal in webif

Wondering if terminal can be added in the webif. I notice other images have it available in the extras section lower left of the screen.

It used to be in Vix, but I can't find it now.
I have used it in the past.

Terminal webif should be available via download plugins. It shows as extras in webif when installed. I think OpenATV has it installed by default.

Edit I can't find it in vix 6.5 dev image

    Here you go.
Looked for a plugin. Nothing put it in the webif. I can use putty of course. It was just a handy thingy in other images.

    15 Jan 2023 (enigma2 6.3) doesn't have it.

The new OpenWebIf requires shellinabox for this feature.

I've added it for 6.5 build.

    opkg install shellinabox

Updated my Ultimo4K to the latest 6.5.000.000 (7.2.2024) image. Given 'opkg install shellinabox' at Putty. Terminal is now shown at OpenWebIf. After restarting the GUI, it works okay. Thanx Huevos !

No sign of it in the latest et8000 6.5.000.000, though.

I was wondering because when going to 6.4 from 6.3. If I switch hdmi inputs for awhile my softcam freezes and have to reboot/cold boot.
Never had that happen on previous versions. If I boot to 6.3 in another slot or openatv. No issues.

    Odd.
    I can't see a Ultimo4K set-up at
    Code:
     http://openvixdev.satellites-xml.org/feeds/openvix/developer/6.5/

(the vuultimo4k hierarchy there is almost empty) and none of the other archs seem to have shellinabox.
They also seem to be from Feb 3rd/4th at the latest/

6.5 is currently beta only. There are no release images.

If anyone is interested in beta testing they should send a PM.
