    this is very strange never used blind scan it takes to long for me I just use the manual scan

    if you know the parameters, it's not a problem to use manually or satellites.xml,
    if you don't know the parameters you have to rely on blindscan

    I tried blindscan last night and can't reproduce this. Can you get a full debug log of the scan please.

    I think it's a problem with a certain 30West transponder, since blindscan runs fine elsewhere.
    When I'm on 30West I'll try to get a full debug.

    Even so, it should be protected against crashing, but I would need to know the exact transponder, so I can try to reproduce it.

    You need to post the debug log. It is no good posting a crash log with the last few microseconds before the crash occurred.

    The debug log should show the problem immediately which is why I asked for it right at the start of the thread.
