    VU+ Multiboot

    Just updated my Ultimo4K to 6.3 003. What is this?

    so Vu+ Multiboot is coming shortly into the Release.
    The functionality will provide a true multiboot capability(enabling you to flash images into multiboot slots) and boot from one image to another.
    The Enable Vu+ Multboot is just that - it enables the Multiboot functionality and then restarts the box - after which you can flash images into 1-> 3 eMMC slots.
    If you attach an EXT4 format USB HDD/stick to the box, you can by going to the MultiBootSelector screen, enable more slots on the USB device.

    So no need for the Multiboot plugin and the functionality is fully supported by the multiboot and ImageManager code.

    That is an interim build left over from when I was testing. You really need to flash and restore with the current 003 Release build uploaded 1 hour ago to make sure you have the stable version.

    So now enter that screen and press green... and from then on you should be able to add multiple images in ImageManager.

    trayed that on my ultimo and can't install says something about (vu+ Multiboot files missing) do i need to do a new full image install or just an image update??

    If you want to use Vu+ multiboot you will need to flash and restore.

    Is it only VU+ ULTIMO4K that has been built for vix 6.3.003?

    I looked in the image download section and I can't see any other images with 6.3.003
