    BBC Four HD not tuning

    Hi.

On the 1st of Feb BBC Four HD stopped tuning on 28.2 with a "SID not found in PAT" error. I've tried a full channel re-scan, but it's not fixed it.
It's the only channel that's missing.

Any ideas how I get it back please?

    Thanks

Its now on 10818v but the transponder parameters have changed. Update your XML file (MENU->SETUP->Tuners & Scanning->XML update) and rescan

Why not just use ABM which will update your channels and bouquets?

Because it crashed during the process, rebooted the box and left me with all my bouquets trashed. Had to spend 2 hours getting them all back to how they were.

Checking a part time channel is always going to be an issue. maybe you can check one of the others on the transponder? Better still, check in signal finder. It might be out of reach for people in some areas of Europe.
