EPG-Importer not importing data for IPTV

Hi everyone I have been trying to solve this issue and have hit a dead end. I have recently purchased a VU+ Uno4K SE from forum sponsor and im having trouble importing epg data with epg import. My channel lists are made via Jedi plugin then I use the IPTV source in epg import as my guide download. On my VU+ Duo2 it works fine, on a BeyondWiz (Octagon SF8008) running openatv works fine but with this new box ive hit a deadend just won't import any data. I have two seperate services and tried in multi boot second service still same issue. I know its not issue from provider as it works with different boxes and images.

OK, its the same plugin on all boxes, so if it works for one its not the plugin.
Stupid question, but have you gone into EpgImporter sources and ticked the box for that provider in the list of sources??
