So describe when, why and how you are restoring backup settings? Is this after reflashing or?

Just had a crash on 5.5.014.003 on a Vu+UNO4Kse that I updated this morning from the last developer build. This was created by trying to watch something recorded on the hdd. This happened with any recording selected. Crash log attached.

Power timers always used to double up if you restored them for a second time.

Other types of timers worked ok the last time I tried it, but that was ages ago.

Just tried it on 5.5.013.016 (Py3), and completed timers double up for me as well after a second settings restore.

Simply went into backup manager and yellow to restore (having already flashed and restored days ago)....

So will have to check but I think it just copies the lines into the settings file....................... seem to remember issues with double bouquets etc in past when fixing issues.

If you want to restore backup settings either restore to non setup image or do a system reset and restore settings
Its not that clever.

Timers are ok, it's just completed timers that get duplicated.

Can you try copying the attached file?
1. Putty: init 4 (space between)
2. Filezilla rename current PliExtraInfo.py in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components/Converter to old something
3. copy attachment to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components/Converter
4. putty init 6 (space between)

I don't have a crash on vskin so I tried ViX-Day-HD and my box got stuck in a boot loop with a similar log.

Yes I tried it but still a similar crash. What's more odd I can't see the skin in settings file now. I'm on my phone so I'll have a proper look with my laptop

Same as last test file I cant see config.skin.primary_skin in the settings file I have to add the line in manually to change the skin

config.skin.primary_skin=vskin-1080/skin.xml
