Hi!

Since 23 July at 00.00 epg data for 4 Swedish channels is missing, how or where can I get help with this problem?

Affected channels are:
Channel 11 HD
Tv4 Facts
Tv4 Gold
Tv4 Film

I see that epg data is available for these channels at xmltv.xmltv.se

Could it be that the channels have changed their name in the epg world, but not in the channel list?

In http://epg.vuplus-community.net/rytecSE_Basic.xz
the channels are named:
<channel id = "Kanal11.se">
<channel id = "TV4Fakta.se">
<channel id = "TV4Film.se">
<channel id = "TV4Guld.se">

and in http://xmltv.xmltv.se/ the channels are called:
tv11hd.sbstv.se
fakta.tv4.se
guld.tv4.se
film.tv4.se

I have done a new channel search on the box.

Any thoughts on how to solve this?
