    Rewinding Live TV

Please be gentle I'm new to this after moving from a freesat box.

When rewinding a live tv programme nothing seems to happen.

I have timeshift set to start after 10 seconds and set to hdd

When I press << the pic disappears and i get a bar on the screen. After a second or so, a paused pic appears with "Timeshift in progress". Nothing then seems to happen regardless of whether i press << or <|. Tried the centre direction pad and the 1,4,7 buttons
If I press the play >|| button, the tv goes back live.

    Am i doing something wrong.

I can pause/restart fine and can record ok (rewinding fine on recordings)

Are you doing all this well after 10 seconds have elapsed in the channel? You can't rewind earlier than when the timeshift started

Try pressing pause first then use the 1-4-7 buttons. That seems to work best. The rewind button has never worked particularly well on openvix.
